The room I got was comfy with the refrigerator and air conditioning, as example. Location: the hotel was next to an industrial/commercial park, a quiet area close to the freeway, and Madison. The staff were pleasant during my stay.

The size of the hotel was perfect for our family, especially with plenty of grassy areas for the kids and our dog to enjoy. The housekeeping staff kept everything tidy, and the breakfast was decent.
In my wife's opinion, more options for kid-friendly meals would be great.

Late arrival but manager let me get into the hot tub after 11pm for a few minutes so I could soothe my muscles after a loooong day of driving. Breakfast was good. Desk staff were pleasant.
Handicapped room. About fell trying to get out of the tub. Would have been nice to have a walk in/roll in shower.

liked the hot tub, and pool, but there were no pool towel half the time, front desk was slow to respond.
better prompt maintenance. your tv cable system stinks, tv does not answer the remotes, too slow

The queen suite with spa bath was super clean, with fresh towels and bedding. The hot breakfast selection was really good, and the indoor pool was a nice touch. I loved that the hotel was close to everything on broadway, perfect for exploring!

Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff was good.
Pets were allowed and noisy. No variety in the breakfast selections from day to day. Not enough parking. our room did not get cleaned after the first night.
